To enable us to process your application we will typically acquire information which includes your name, your e-mail and business addresses, and other relevant business details.

Use and disclosure of Information

Management through MyCalendar will mean storing, retrieving and editing customer information. PitchWise will maintain your historical bookings. For those customers that have registered with us or have been detailed in Internal Bookings, PitchWise reserves the right to use their details as per our will for marketing and customer support.
The contract stipulates a number of proviso’s, which by signing and becoming our client, you agreed to. One worth stressing, is regarding the Facility bank account details: please notify us at facility@pitchwise.co.uk if there is a change in bank details immediately. We will keep this information safe and secure.

Customer Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise our responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information about you which we acquire in connection with your registration and use of the site as indicated.No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.

Registration and Game Zone

There are two checkboxes when registering, that if you select, will mean that you can be contacted through our Message Board by other registered members. We have strict rules governing the use of your details by other partys, and your use of their details to ensure the communications are purposeful, reasonable and not abusive in any way. Please report any misuse immediately to customer@pitchwise.co.uk.
After booking, you will have the opportunity to setup a Game Zone which contains a forum where the teammates in your team will be able to contribute to. Please be advised we monitor communications to make sure there are no prejudiced or untoward remarks made by members. If we deem there had been violation, we hold the right to suspend accounts.
